Ashland
The Town of Ashland was founded in 1848 and enjoyed a history rich in farming. A stone’s throw from the slopes of Windham, many have chosen to make Ashland their second home destination. The Ashland Town Park is situated on 14 acres alongside the Batavia Kill Creek. The Park has a dog park, bbq and picnic area, walking path, playground, and recreational fields. Annual events such as the Winter Carnival, Tractor Pulls, Draft Horse Pulls , and Farm and Machine Show make the park the central focus of Ashland. Scenic views and a true community spirit makes Ashland a great choice for first and second homeowners alike.
